This is a morning meditation and asana practice from our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. Suitable for those with some previous experience of practicing yoga. It is a challenging class in the style of vinyasa where you will get the opportuntiy to work at your own pace through various sun salutations. Please feel free to take any modifications that support you during the workshop and always be guided by your own body. If something feels like it is too much or causing pain or injury ease out and either take rest or choose a different option
