This is a Saturday morning workshop with a focus on arm balancing. It is a mixed level, dynamic practice that will take you through the different areas that lead to arm balancing. We will focus on 4 main arm balances – Bakasana, Parsva Bakasana, Titibasana and Eka Pada Galavasana. Bring along 2 blocks, a belt and a stack of cushions or blankets.
